Crytex PC accepts returns within 30 days of delivery if the product is defective, damaged, or not as described. A replacement, repair, or refund is issued after inspection. All refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Orders can be cancelled without penalty if they have not entered the shipping stage. Once shipped, the order must follow the return process.
